	Mr. Ash is a real estate professional with more than 20 years experience. Mr. Ash has spent the last 15 years acquiring, managing and rehabbing apartment buildings in Chicago. Most recently, Mr. Ash has developed single-family homes, multi-family home developments, and mixed-use developments in the Chicagoland area. Mr. Ash began his career as an attorney where he specialized his legal practice in all aspects of real estate law with an emphasis on zoning law. Barry Ash works closely with his associates Ms. Andrea Stern Ash and Ms. Beth F. Vorwaller.

	Ms. Stern Ash is a real estate professional with more than 21 years experience. As a 13-year veteran with the Hyatt Development Corporation, Ms. Stern Ash has expertise in the acquisition and development of hotels, casinos and mixed-use development projects. Ms. Stern Ash began her career as a Certified Public Accountant at the accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Presently, Ms. Stern Ash is involved in all aspects of the development and financing of the real estate projects.

	Ms.Vorwaller has 21 years of experience as an actuary specializing in risk management, financial analysis and multi-million dollar project management. She began a career in real estate development two years ago. Presently, Ms. Vorwaller is involved in various phases of the development process and condominium management.
